Mr. Welscher is a 1973 graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. and M.B.A. in Accounting and a 1981 graduate of South Texas College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts of Texas and U.S. Tax Court. He has practiced in other District Courts in Florida, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He regularly speaks at various business functions and is a past director to the Women's Contractors Association and former director of the United Way "Interfaith Ministries" group.
Mr. Martinez graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2013. At Emory, Mr. Martinez focused his studies on advanced/complex litigation, copyright, and trademark. Before joining The Welscher Martinez Law Firm, Mr. Martinez worked for Federal Magistrate Judge Stephen William Smith in the 5th Circuit Southern District of Texas, Texas State Judge David Farr in the 312th District Court of Harris County, and a Houston litigation firm. Mr. Martinez received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2010, where he graduated magna cum laude. In November 2013, Mr. Martinez was admitted to the Texas Bar. Mr. Martinez also graduated from St. Thomas High School in Houston, Texas in 2007.
Ms. Abedinzadeh graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston 2016. She was part of South Texas's mock trial team which competed in various nationwide tournaments. While in law school she worked for the Harris County District Attorney's Office and civil litigation firms in Houston. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2016. Ms. Abedinzadeh received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2013. Ms. Abedinzadeh was born and raised in Houston, Texas.
